The Host Hotel is the 1876 Inn & Restaurant and the Host Campground is Kettle Campground & RV Park.
 

Schedule of Events and Information

Tuesday, September 16, 2008

  • 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm registration for early arrivals in the lobby of the 1876 Inn & Restaurant (remaining rally fee's due).

Wednesday, September 17, 2008

  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm registration in the lobby of the 1876 Inn & Restaurant (remaining rally fee's due).

  • 12:00 pm - Slow ride with Photo Ops to War Eagle Mill and the Bean Palace Restaurant for lunch.  Scoots must be capable of maintaining 30 mph.

  • 3:00 pm - Moderate ride with Photo Ops around the 187 Loop. Ride begins and ends at CycleGadgets.com. Staging for the ride at 2:15 pm Scoots must be able to maintain 45 mph.

  • 3:15 pm - Slow ride with Photo Ops around the 187 Loop. Ride begins and ends at CycleGadgets.com.  Staging for the ride at 2:30 pm

Both rides go to Beaver Lake and the Dam Site stopping for photos at the Dam Visitors overlook, then on to Beaver Town and the Golden Gate Bridge and then back to Host Hotel.

Thursday, September 18, 2008 

  • 8:00 am - 9:45 am Rally registration (remaining rally fees due).

  • 10:00 am - Show and Shine with "Best in Show", 2nd and third place for two wheels, four wheels (Trikes) and three wheels (sidecars).

  • 1:00 pm - Slow ride from the 1876 Inn & Restaurant to Rockhouse Road, then to 221 left and into Berryville via the back way. This ride is through a very pretty valley crossing the Kings River  and the back again via the same route (no traffic). Scooters must be capable of maintaining 30 mph.

  • 2:30 pm - Large Bike Ride ! to Roaring River State Park and Trout Hatchery, Mo. All riders must sign a waiver as this will be a "speed limit" ride. MANDATORY helmet (Missouri State Law) armor is strongly recommended. Scooter must be capable of maintaining 55 mph.

  • 7:30 pm - Pine Mountain Jamboree

Friday, September 19, 2008 

  • 8:00 am sharp! Large Bike Ride! Lost Valley - This is an all day trip. Bring sunscreen, water, camera, appropriate riding apparel and raingear. We ride rain or shine. Fuel up prior to departure and don't be late!

This ride goes through some of the most scenic country in Arkansas. We will be traveling the Pig Trail AR 23 to AR 412, to AR 21 to AR 43 and finally to AR 74. The stop includes a "Hike in to Lost Valley" This is a geological wonderland. The hike is a moderate in difficulty and passes through a scenic canyon with high cliffs on your right and a cave with an interior waterfall that you can walk through ending in a box canyon dripping with moss, water and flowers. HUGE PHOTO OP!  After visiting Lost Valley we go on to Jasper and the Ozark Cafe for lunch then back via AR 73 to AR 43 to AR 21 back to Highway 62 then Eureka Springs. Ride leaves from the 1876 Inn & Restaurant. Scooters must be capable of maintaining 55 mph.

  • 8:00 pm - Pizza Night at Pizza Hut
